More than ever, are the troubles of life surging and billowing around you?Difficult times and challenges often come to us in ways that we never expected. You may be experiencing a serious medical condition, the loss of a loved one, financial burdens, addictions, abuse, loneliness or family and relationship conflicts. Perhaps you have found yourself in a dangerous or fearful situation with no where to turn.No matter your age, from a child to an elderly adult, the heartbreaks and challenges of life can cause us to isolate in despair or to seek help in trouble. The troubles you face can take you down a road of bitterness or faith and trust in God’s will.We have found, in our lives, that we don’t get to choose when and if we face sudden heartbreak, medical challenges or grief. What was ours to choose was how we responded, as well as how we choose to respond in the future.  As a result of trusting the Lord and giving thanks in all things, we have been able to experience peace and sweet contentment in the midst of life’s storms. If you are saved and know of a time when you have put your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ with repentance, it is our prayer that you will continue to trust Him, no matter what the outcome. We hope the verses in Part One will help you to navigate the storms of your life.If you do not currently know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, you can pray where you are today for Him to come into your heart and forgive you. The verses in Part Two will guide and assist you.
We always have the choice of which direction we take.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Help in Trouble:
Part Two

As you read this, if you are someone who is not sure that you are saved; if you are not sure where you will spend eternity, then, please consider the following verses from the Word of God:

Acts 17:27
That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us.
I John 5:11-13
And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
You can know that you have eternal life.

Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.
Romans 3:10
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Eternal life cannot be obtained on our own, because we are all flawed by sin.

Romans 5:8
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Jesus loves you so much that He died in your place. He took your punishment for you.

Romans 10:9-10
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Salvation is given to those who admit their condition (sinner) and confess who Jesus is (Savior).

Since you don’t have the promise of tomorrow, please ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save your soul today. From your heart, trust Him and pray:“Lord Jesus, I admit that I am a sinner, deserving of Hell. Please forgive me of my sins, come into my heart and give me eternal life. I completely trust You as my Saviour. Thank You for saving me. Amen”If this website has been a blessing to you, would you consider clicking the button below to fill out the brief form?
